John Liddiard of Eastbury - His Will

 John was my gggg grandfather. I've now got two generations further back, his Grandfather William died in 1725 in Lambourne. Why ever are there so many Williams?

This is the Last Will & Testament of me

JohnLliddiard of Eastbury in the parish of Chipping Lambourn in
the County of Berks Yeoman which I hereby make publish & declare in
manner & form following that is to say first I direct that all my just debts
funeral and testamentary expenses be fully paid & satisfied by my Executors
hereinafter named I give & devise unto my Son Thomas all such parts
of the Farms & Lands which I rent as Tenant thereof to Sir Francis
Burdett Baronet & John Lyde Esquire situate in the Woodlands in the
parish of Chipping Lambourn aforesaid & which parts I have lately put
my said Son into the possession of To hold the same unto my said Son
Thomas his Executors Admons & assigns for & During all my ‎[]‎ term of
years or other Interest which I may have therein at the time of my
decease Also I give & devise unto my Son William all the rest residue
& remainder of the said Farms & Lands as the same are now in my own
occupation To hold the same unto him my said Son William for & during all
my Estate term of years or other interest which I may have therein at the
time of my decease Also I give and bequeath unto my said Son William the
Legacy or Sum of One hundred pounds of lawful English money to be paid to
him within one year next after my decease with Lawful Interest in the mean
time & I also Give & bequeath unto him my Son William three hundred? of my
old Ewe Sheep to be Delivered to him by my Executors immediately after my
decease Also I give & bequeath unto him my Son James the Legacy or Sum of one
hundred pounds of like money to be paid to him within one year next after
my decease with lawful interest in the mean time as to all & every the
residue of my Farming Stock both live & dead ready money Securities for
money debts due & owing to me & all other my personal Estate & Effects
whatsoever & wheresoever of which I may die possessed or entitled ‎[]‎ I
Give & bequeath the same & every part thereof unto & ‎[]‎ all my
children / namely John Thomas William Charles James Martha Sarah
Mary Ann & Hannah? to be equally divided between them share & share alike
as tenants in common subject ‎[]‎ to the payment of my just debts
funeral & tetamentary expenses & lastly I do hereby nominate constitute? &
appoint my said three Sons Thomas William & Charles Lidiard joint Executors
of this my last will & testament & hereby revoking all former & other wills
by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be my last will &
testament In Testimony whereof I the said John Liddiard the testator have
to this my will contained? in two sheets of paper to the first sheet thereof set
my hand & to this the second & last sheet thereof set my hand this
sixth? day of February in the year of our Lord 1816 John Liddiard
Signed Sealed published & delivered by the said John Liddiard the Testator as
for his last will & testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his
request & in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names
thereto - Wm Jarvis? - George Tibbs - Thomas Tibbs
Proved at London 14th April 1817 before the Judge by the oaths of
Thomas Liddiard William Liddiard & Charles Liddiard the Sons Executors
to whom Admin was granted having been first sworn duly to admin
