William Spackman of Cherhill - his Will

 I believe William was my 6xg Grandfather. He died in  October 1758. His full details can be seen here..

 In the Name of God, Amen. I William Spackman of the Parish of Cherrell in the County of wilts

being of perfect and sound Mind and Understanding do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in the
following manner and form (that is to say) First I Give devise and bequeath unto Ann my dearly beloved
Wife all that my Copyhold Estate in Cherrell aforesaid and Quemerford during her natural life freely by her to be possesses and
enjoyed Also I give unto her my said Wife my little Brass Pot. Also I give and bequeath to my Son Peter
Spackman one Shilling of Lawful British Money to be paid him by my Executor herein after Named
Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Spackman one Shilling of Lawful British
Money to be paid to her by my Executor. Also I Give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Stagg one Shilling
of Lawful British Money to be paid to her by my Executor. Also I give and bequeath unto my Son
William Spackman all and Singular my Lands and Tenements and also all my Goods and Chattels Bills
Bonds and Book Debts and all things whatsoever belongeth or in any ways appertaineth to him and his
Heirs for ever And I do hereby make and Constitute my said son william Spackman my sole Executor
of this my last Will and Testament. And I do hereby utterly make void and disannul all and every other
former Wills by me in any wise before made ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my last Will
and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this thirteenth Day
of June in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and fifty eight.

who immediately afterwards in the presence of the said Testator and
of each other subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto
