David Hazell of Wantage - his Will - 19 July 1815

Another Wantage Hazell where more homework is required to find his place in the Hazell tree. A David Hazell was buried in Wantage aged 45.

 This is the Last Will and Testament of me

David Hazell of Wantage in the County of Berks Tailor & salesman
which I hereby write publish and declare in manner and form following
that is to say first I [] that all my just funeral & testamentary
Expenses be fully paid & satisfied I give devise & bequeath unto my dear Wife
Sarah Hazell all & singular my real & personal Estate whatsoever and
 
wheresoever of which I may be seized possessed of or intitled unto to
hold the same unto her my Wife her heirs Exors admons and
assigns absolutely for ever subject neverthelesss to the payment of my just debts
funeral and testamentary Expenses and I hereby appoint my said Wife Sarah
Hazell sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and revoking all
former Wills by me made do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth
day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & fifteen
David Hazell - Signed sealed published & declared by the said
David Hazell the Testor as & for his last Will and Testament in the presence
of us who in his presence at his request in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto - Richard Williams
William Warner - Wm Davies
 
Proved at London 30th Augst 1815 before the Judge by the oath of
Sarah Hazell Widow the relict the sole Executrix to whom admon was granted
being sworn by
