Robert was my 1st cousin 6x removed. I have not managed to locate Holloways in Wiltshire.

 This is the Last Will

and Testament of me Robert Crook of Hollaways
in the County of Wilts Gentleman and therefore
I do hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved
Wife all my Household Goods Furniture Stock Cattle
Corn Grain Hay and Implements of Husbandry
as and for her own Proper Goods and Chattels
and to be at her own disposal Also I give
and devise unto Thomas Crook of Heddington in
the County of Wilts Gentleman and Walter Crook
of the same Gentleman and to the Survivor of
them and the Heirs Executors and Administrators
of such Survivor all my Messuages Lands
Tenements and Hereditaments With the appurtanences
to the same belonging and wheresoever the same
be situate lying and being and also all my Monies
and Securities for monies upon Trust and Confidencce in them
reposed that is to say that they my said Trustees and
the Survivor of them and the Heirs Executors and
Administrators of such survivor do and shall by
and out of the Rents Issues and Profits of my said
Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
 
raise pay and divide the yearly Sum of twenty shillings
unto and amongst such poor persons of the Tything
of Tytherington Lucas in the Parish of Chippenham
in the County of Wilts as do not receive relief from
the said Parish and I do direct the same to be paid
and divided Annually to and amongst them on Sunday
before Christmas Day in every year for ever and Implements
do hereby charge my Freehold Estates with the
Payment thereof and upon this further Trust and
Confidence that they my said Trustees and the
Survivor of them and the Heirs Executors and Admons
of such Survivor do and shall Permit and suffer my
said beloved Wife for and during her natural life to
have take and receive to her own use the Rents
Issues and Profits of all my said Messuages Lands
Tenements and Herteditaments and also to have take
and receive to her own use the Interest of all my
Monies for her lifeand from and after her decease
Then to permit and suffer my Brother William Crook
and his Heirs Executors and Administrators for ever
to take Save? and receive the rents Issues and
Profits of all my said Messuages Lands Tenements
and Hereditaments with the Appurtenances Subject
as aforesaid and also Subject Nevertheless and Interest
do hereby charge the same with the Annual Sum
of thirty Pounds to be Issuing and payable thereout?
to my Brother Richard Crook for the Term of
his natural life and also I do hereby charge
the same with the further annual Sum of thirty
Pounds to my Sister Elizabeth for the Term of her
natural life and the said several annual Sums I
do order and direct shall be paid and payable
respectively by half yearly payments by even and
equal portions the first of such respective payments
to begin and to be made on that day Six Calendar
Months which may happen next after my said
wifes decease and in default of any or either of
such half yearly Payments respectively being made
as aforesaid it shall and may be lawful for my
said Brother Richard and my Sister Elizabeth
to enter seize and distrain for the same and
thereupon to sell and dispose of such distress
from time to time
as occasion may require as in cases of distress
for Rent and also I hereby Subject and charge
from and after my said Wifes decease all my
said Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
with the appurtenances with the Payment of
the Sum of Fifty Pounds a piece unto and amongst
my Brother Thomas Crooks Children who are
now living to whom I do hereby give and direct
 
the same to be paid to them respectively by the persons
or persons who shall be in the Receipts of the Rents
and Profits of my said Messuages Lands Tenements and
Hereditaments with the Appurtenances
and also I give and bequeath to my said Trustees
Thomas Crook and Walter Crook the Sum of Twenty
Pounds a piece for their trouble of the trust aforesaid
in them reposed and as to all the rest residue and
remainder of my Monies Securities for Monies and
Personal Estate of what description soever the same be
or consist of after my said wife's decease I hereby
order give and direct to be divided unto the two
children of my Brother Richard Crook namely John
and Elizabeth in equal parts and shares
and to take the same as Tenants in common and not
as Joint Tenants and I do hereby appoint and
constitute my beloved Wife Elizabeth Crook Executrix
of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made In witness
whereof I have hereunto subscribed my Name
to the three first sheets and to the last my
Hand and Seal this twenty first  day of July in
the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and Ninety Six Robert Crook Signed and
Sealed by the said Testator and by him declared
and published as and for his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us who in his Presence
and at his request have Subscribed our Names
as Witnesses hereto in the Presence of each other

This Will was Proved at London
the twelfth day of May in the year of our
Lord one thousand Eight Hundred before the Right
Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of
Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative
Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath
of Elizabeth Crook Widow the Relict of the deceased
and the Sole Executrix named in the said Will to
Whom Administration was granted of all and singular
the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased
having been first Sworn by Commission duly to Administer
