Elizabeth Eddolls of Langley Burrell - her Will - 2 Feb 1773

 In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Eddolls of Langley Burrell in the County of Wilts Widow being

of Sound Disposing Mind Memory and Perfect understanding Do this Second day of February One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Seventy three make Publish and Declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner
and form following (that is to say) First I Give devise and Bequeath unto my Son John Eddolls of
Langley Burrell aforesaid Gentleman Robert Crook of Stanley in the parish of Chippenham in the said County
of Wilts Gentleman and Richard Bunter Robins of Malmesbury in the said County Gentleman and to their
Heirs and Assigns All that my Share Interest Right and property of in and to All that Messuages Tenements
Closes of Ground Lands Hereditaments and Premises Situate and being at or near Foxley in the said County of
Wilts which my late Brother The Reverend Mr Simon Crook Bought and purchased and by his last Will and
Testament gave and devised the same to Mrs Mary Incles? and since her Death was in the occupation
of Mr Thomas Incles? and now in the possession of Isaac Lane as his Tenant or Tenants To hold the same
and every part and parcell there of with the Appurtenances Together with my said Share Interest Right
and property thereto of which I am any ways intitled unto, unto them the said John Eddolls Robert Crook
and Richard Bunter Robins their Heirs and Assigns for ever as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants
Also I give devise and Bequeath unto my Daughter Catherine Crook the Wife of the said Robert Crook the Sum
of Ten pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to her by my Executors hereinafter named at the end of 
Six Months next after my decease Also I give and Bequeath unto my said Daughter Catherine Crook my
best worked Bed Quilt Also I give devise and Bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Robins the Wife of the
said Richard Bunter Robins the Sum of Ten Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to her by my
Executors herein after named at the end of six Months next after my Decease Also I give devise and
Bequeath unto my Grand son Edward Eddolls Son of my late Son Edward Baker Eddolls deceased the Sum of Ten pounds
of lawfull money of Great Britain to be paid to him by my Executors herein after named at the end of Twelve Months
next after my decease And Lastly as to All the Rest residue and Remainder of my Estate Real and Personal
Estate of what nature or kind soever belonging to me at my decease (after paying all my Just Debts Legacys
and Funeral Expenses) I give devise and bequeath the same and every part and parcell thereof unto them the said
John Eddolls Robert Crook and Richard Bunter Robins equally to be divided between them Share and Share a like
And I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint the said John Eddolls Robert Crook and Richard Bunter
Robins Joint Executors to this aid Last Will and Testament hereby Revoking and makeing void all former?
and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I have to this my said last Will and Testament Sett my hand Seal the day and Year herein first above
written.
