John Seager of Highway - his Will - 1715

John was my 7x Great Uncle. His relationship to my Mother can be seen here.

 Memorand That John Seager late of Highway in the County of Wilts Yeoman direct? upon the third

day of January in the yeare of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and fifteeen (having an Intent to dispose
of his Estate and being then Sick of [     ] whereof he dyed) did declare his Last Will and Testament
Nuncupative or by Word of Mouth (as followeth) or to the Like Effect (viz) I Give to my Son William Seager
One Hundred and Fifty pounds. I Give to my Son john Seager One Hundred and Fifty pounds.. I Give to my Son
Humphry Seager One Hundred and Fifty pounds. I Give to my Son Robert Seager One Hundred and Fifty
pounds. I Give to my daughter Sarah Seager One Hundred and Fifty pounds. I Give to my daughter Anne
Seager One Hundred and Fifty pounds. I Give to my daughter Mary Seager One hundred and Fifty Pounds
All the Rest I Give to my Wife And I make her Executrix of this my Will Which Words or the like in Effect were
uttered and Sworn by him the said John Seager with Intent that the Same should stand as and for his last Will
and Testament being att all and Singular the [  ] in his perfect mind memory and understanding. In the
Psence of us who have hereunto Sett our hands this Fifth day of January in the yeare of our Lord 1715.
