Thomas Liddiard of Blagrave in Lambourn - his Will - 1827

Thomas was my 4xG Uncle. His relationship to my Mother can be seen here.

In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Lidiard of the Tything of Blagrave in the Parish of Lambourn in the County of Berks Yeoman being weak in Body but of sound memory and understanding thanks be to God do this the eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following -- I do give unto my dear Wife all my real and personal property during the term of her natural Life and after her Decease I give and bequeath the same to my five Nephews, Thomas Waldron, James Waldron, William Waldron, George Waldron and Richard Waldron, but that Thomas Waldron and George to have each one hundred pounds more than their Brothers. And I do hereby make and appoint William Lidiard of Eastbury and Richard Waldron of Lambourn Woodlands sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time herebefore made, and declare this to be my Last Will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven. Thomas Liddiard Signed Sealed and published as the last Will and Testament of the said Thomas Lidiard in the presence of us who subscribed as witnesses in the Testators presence.
