William Walter Northamptonshire Lent Assizes 1834, sentenced 1 March 1834

 Frances Walter's brother, William, appears to have left his family in about 1833 and gone abroad. This report is from the Northampton Mercury, 8th March 1834. Two weeks after his arrest his wife began receiving support from the Desborough parish to support herself and her ten children.

 This letter doesn't really belong here. It has been bound in the book of Frances Green's letters but actually it is from Thomas Mears to Abraham Walter's daughter in America. Thomas was the brother of Charlotte Mears, Abraham's wife.
