of me Elizabeth Deborah Hunt Widow of Aston Upthorpe in the County
of Berks I give to my daughter Mary Bryan my diamond ring
and to all and each of my daughters my rings Gold watch Pictures
ornaments trinkets and the residuevof my Jewelry to be equally divided
between them as they may think proper I give to my daughter
in law Elizabeth SladeWidow of my late son John a legacy of five
pound and the Profile likeness of her late husband I give to my
son Henry Slade my Executor hereinafter named for his troubles all
legacy of nineteen pound I give to my Grandson Henry Slade son
of my said son Henry a legacy of ten pounds I give to Lavinia
Elizabeth Slade a child of my deceased daughter Elizabeth a legacy
of five pounds and my wearing apparel I give to the following persons
namely Mr George Gilliot of the Strand London Martha
Sellwood of Hermitage Mrs Ann Fuller Senr of Aston Tirrold Mrs
Sarah Doe and Amey Bolton Doe of Newbury aforesaid a neat
gold mourning ring and to my sister Charlotte Tull a legacy of five
pounds now living in America and I give and bequeath all my
household goods and furniture plate linen ready money and securities
for money and all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate
and effects whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore mentioned
given and disposed of after payment of all my just debts funeral
expenses and the charges and expenses of proving and executing
this my Will and the pecuniary legacies aforesaid unto my three
sons Henry Slade Frederick Slade and Septimus Slade and to my
said six daughters Mary Martha Charlotte Letitia Anthia? and
Jane before mentioned equally to be divided between them share
and share alike And I hereby nominate and appoint my said son
Henry Slade Executor of this my Will and declare that he shall
be exempt from responsibility for involuntary losses and be intitled to
retain all disbursments and expenses incident to the execution of this

of Elizabeth Deborah Slade late of Aston Upthorpe in the County of
Berks Widow deceased bearing date the first day of November one
thousand eight hundred and forty two and now hereunto annexed and
he further made oath that on the first day of November aforesaid
the said Testatrix duly executed her said Will by signing her name
at the foot or end thereof in the presence of this deponent and of
Martha Bosley the other subscribed Witness thereto who was present
at the same time and this deponent and the said Martha Bosley
thereupon attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the
said Testatrix William Langford On the 14th day of January 1847
the said William Langford was duly sworn to the truth of this
