In the Name of God Amen I Edward Bracher of Wallmead in the Parish of Tisbury in the County of Wilts Gentleman do this nineteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Fifty three make Publish and Declare this to be my last Will and Testament in Manner and Form following First of all my Will and desire is that my Debts and Funeral Charges Expenses be paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named and after Payment of my Debts and Funeral Expenses I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved Wife who will at my death have her Widowhood in my Copyhold Estates at Wallmead East Hatch and else where the use of the Furniture Bedding and everything that at my decease shall be and belong to the Room where I dwell? and the best Chamber next thereto and the Furniture of the Parlour at Wallmead aforesaid also I give to my son John Bracher my Leaseholdf Estates at Semly and West Hatch in the County of Wilts for the remainder of the Terms and Estates therein and all the Furniture of the House he lives at East Hatch and Ten Pounds to buy him Mourning and I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Betty the Wife of John Pearce the Sum of one Hundred Pounds and unto my Daughters Mary Martha and Sarah Bracher the Several Sums of three hundred Pounds apiece which said Sum of one Hundred Pounds to my said Daughter Betty and three Hundred Pounds apiece to my said Daughters Mary Martha and Sarah I desire may be severally paid them in the Months next after my decease and all my other Leasehold Estates?? Goods Chattels Credits and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Nature and kind soever I give and bequeath unto my Son Edward Bracher whom I appoint Sole and whole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal the day and year above Written Edwd Bracher Signed Sealed Published and declared to be the Last Will and Testrament of the Testrator in the Presence of Thos South The Mark of Joseph Boyer?
