Thomas Hollis of Kingsthorpe - his Will - 1651

I haven't yet found if or how Thomas fits in to my family tree.

In the name of God Amen
I Thomas Hollis of Kingsthrope in the county of North ton
yeoman being weake in body but of pfect mind and memory
thanks be given to god doe ordain this my last will and Testament
in manner and forme following first I bequeath my soule into the
hands of my creator trusting my soule shall be saved by the merrits
of Jesus Christ my alone Lord and only savior My body to be buried in
the Church yard of Kingsthorp in a decent and comly manner
[] my friends Imprim to my Son Thomas Hollis of Little dodington
I doe give and bequeath unto him tenn pounds within a twelve month
after my decease to be paid him by my Executor I doe give and bequeath
unto my Son Thomas is oldest daughter Dorothy tenn pounds and to
my Son Tmomas is Son named Thomas I doe give unto him five pounds
and to his Son Georg I give five pounds and to his Son John I give five
pounds and to his daughter Elizabeth I give five pounds and to his
daughter Dinah I doe give five pounds to be paid to them within a
twelve mounth after my decease by my Executor I give and bequeath
unto my daughter Dorothy Causbyes Children to Georg Causby five
pounds and to Francis Causby five pounds and to Richard Causby
five pounds to be paid unto them within a twelve mounth after my
decease by my Executor I give unto Dorothy Hollis the daughter of my
Son Thomas the cupboard in my hall I give and bequeath unto my Son
John Hollis is Children to his Son Thomas Hollis fifty shillings and to
his daughter Rose Hollis I give fifty shillings twenty to be paid to them
by my Executor within a twelve mounth after my decease and to my Son
Samuel Causby is sons Thomas and Samuel I give five shillings a peece
to be paid untothem by my Executor within a twelve month after my
decease and I doo make and ordaine my Sons Samuell Causby and John
Hollis and Richard Hollis Executors of this my last will & testament my
Funerall expenses discharged my debts and Legacy [] I leave
my goods & [] chattles not disposed of in this will and Testament Imprim
give and bequeath unto them I doo make and ordaine my trusty and
well beloved Francis Pirkmer? and Robert Pirkmer overseers
of this my last will and Testament givving of them twelve pence a
a peece to be paid them by my Executors revoking all former wills by
this my last will and Testament on this ninth day of
February one thousand six hundred fifty and one and hereunto I
have put my hand and seale Thomas Hollis his mark In the presence
of Robert Hickman Robert Stormer his mark I give unto my daughter
Dorothy Causby my best Kettle? and my best [] and a little press
in the chamber by this my will and a shilling and to the poore of the towne
Kingsthorpe I give four shillings to be paid to them by my Executors

This will above written was proved
at Westminster before the Judges for ] of wills and grant
ing Administration according to an Act of parliament intitled
an Act for probate of wills and granting Administration the nine
twentieth day of September in the year of our Lord God one
thousand six hundred and fifty and three by the oaths of Samuel
Causby John Hollis and Richard Hollis Administrators to whom
Administration of all & Singular the goods chattles debts of
of the said deceased was comitted they being first legally giverne?
by Comission well and trouly to Administer the same
